Armed with extensive international business experience, Hideo
Noguchi founded Noguchi & Associates, Inc. in November 1982.
Capitalizing on his knowledge of the Japanese business environment
and its burgeoning interests in Hawaii, he soon led the agency
to become a major player in servicing the insurance needs of
Japanese-owned companies doing business in Hawaii. Realizing
that Hawaii was not the only place being affected by the growth
of Japanese investors, he immediately joined brokers
in Los Angeles and New York to provide service support to his
clientele. Today, he is the CEO of one of the largest and most
respected insurance agencies in Hawaii.
His wealth of knowledge and experience moves forward into
the next generation with the establishment of the Noguchi
Academy in Japan. Through this institution, young aspiring
insurance agents learn the mechanics of an American insurance
agency operation and develop advanced knowledge of insurance
coverages and risk management.
Although major emphasis was placed on working with Japanese-owned
companies, he makes sure that Noguchi & Associates, Inc.
is still an agency servicing the needs of the business community
in the state of Hawaii.
