Noguchi & Associates, Inc. was further strengthened when
Tom Singlehurst joined the firm in 1998 as Vice Chairman. Coming
from a well-respected “kama’aina” family with
a long insurance background, Tom has been in the industry for
over 25 years. He serviced his clients through large national
brokerage firms such as Jardine Insurance, Marsh & McLennan
and Johnson & Higgins, as well as his own Singlehurst Insurance
& Bonding, Ltd.
Tom is an advocate of the business community. He works closely
with insurance carriers to level the cost of risk in search
of consistency in this fluctuating insurance market. He is
a member of several business industry associations and has
participated on numerous insurance advisory councils.
